Alright, I wrapped up my first Isagenix 9 day cleanse this A. M. , Monday, Nov 9th. As promised I'm back to tell you my experience.

First off, my Isagenix 9 day cleanse review starts the day before on October 27th. I was certain my supplies would be here but they were never even though UPS said it was already delivered. So I walked around to the locals and found my packages delivered to someone else. So I got my stuff and was good to go for the following day. I am only bringing this up so that you might notice that October 28th, my start date, to Nov 9th is actually longer than 9 days. The first thing you will learn all about the Isagenix 9 day cleanse is that it is actually 11 days if it's your first time around. I'll explain why in a second.

The Isagenix 9 day cleanse is composed of two parts. Their are shake days and cleanse days. Cleanse days are composed of a liquid diet 4 times a day of their core product "Cleanse For Life." That plus tons of water and some plants as well as some nuts. The shake days consist of meal replacement shakes as another of their core products the "IsaLean Shake", as well as a meal and frequent snacks. The frequent meals and snacks keep you from getting very hungry throughout the days.

The grounds is that your body will be getting all of the nourishment it needs thru the right meals and products. So you will not be as starving and your metabolic rate will stay set fire to the whole day. Also, your body should be dumping all of the toxins that you have stopped taking in which stores the fat that will start to melt away. So where does the Isagenix 9 day cleanse start?

Days one and 2 are essentially shake days. Now, if you've been on the products for some time you would skip these first two shake days and start right off with the cleanse. If you're new to the system you take 2 shake days to get your body chemically balanced before you start in order not to shock your system too much. But even the shake days can give a bit of a shock.

My first 2 shake days were pretty good as far as hunger goes. The problem I had was stopping the caffeine. Cold turkey for 2 days and no caffeine for a couple days before that. So my second shake day I woke up with quite a headache. Thank Heavens I work from the comfort of my home as a successful network marketer because that permitted me to just go back to bed. A day later everything was fine. I can not blame my caffeine withdrawal on the cleanse though.

So the Isagenix 9 day cleanse goes like this : 2 shake days, then 2 cleanse days, followed by five shake days, and finally 2 last cleanse days. Throughout the eleven days I wasn't feeling deprived or starved. It was essentially not that hard to maintain with the meals, shakes, or nibbles every two hours.

My biggest challenge during the Isagenix 9 day cleanse was essentially the last 2 days. These were also cleanse days. My spouse, 2 boys, and I went out of the city to go to her folks on the last weekend of the cleanse. That is difficult. A liquid and snack diet with relations who are awfully hospitable and want to invite you to eat everything. Even harder may very well be the time sitting in an auto and driving for five or even more hours. You have a tendency to wish to over break. I am absolutely certain I might have eaten a little better without the trip.

I do notice a higher energy level though. Typically my other half and I trade on and off for drive time on the way there and back. This time i did all of the driving and was cushty doing so. I never got beat or dozy and drove the whole 10+ hours. I would need to attribute that to the Isagenix 9 day cleanse because I won't remember the last time that occurred without trading off at least once with my wonderful other half. I even made a comment about it to my pop when we received back.

So actually the Isagenix 9 day cleanse was pretty good. Oh, and incidentally, I lost 14 pounds and over 18 inches off my full body measurements. Not bad for 11 days. I am a little excited with my results so far and have even entered into the Isabody challenge. Mathe ybe I am going to go into more details in regards to what that is in another article. One thing I haven't done that they like to recommend is to start working out. I wanted to try to get true results as regards what the actual product was doing before I started working out. So I'm going 7 more days into the thirty day programme before i get my work out going. I don't wish to wait much longer though because I'm desiring to challenge in the challenge. Wish me luck on that one, it seems like competition can be pretty stiff.

In summation; I completed the 11/nine day cleanse. I've got more energy and alertness. It isn't too difficult to control the food intake. While the product flavors are not very tempting, who wouldn't be happy to reduce their weight by 14 lbs and over 18 inches in just 11 days. So far I'm pleased with the Isagenix 9 day cleanse enough to jump straight into the thirty day and the Isabody challenge and to continue my Isagenix journey.
